How We Conduct the Review
The Arrangements Review process is structured into two main components:
| Arrangements Systems Review | This review is usually conducted during the first and fourth reporting periods. It ensures your policies for managing Focus Arrangements are robust and fully implemented. We review your internal processes for initiating, tracking, and reporting these arrangements. |
| Arrangements Transactions Review | Conducted annually, this review involves a random sample of Focus Arrangements made during the reporting period. We check that these arrangements were approved, tracked, and managed according to your internal policies and federal laws. This helps confirm that no violations of the Anti-Kickback Statute or Stark Law have occurred. |
