Mr. Papehn serves as a Senior Healthcare Consultant at The Fox Group, where he leads key initiatives such as HIPAA Privacy and Security Risk Assessments, Privacy & Compliance Program oversight, and Independent Review Organization (IRO) services for organizations under Corporate Integrity Agreements (CIAs). His work also includes conducting market research assessments, financial feasibility studies, and supporting new business development and licensing for healthcare organizations.
In addition to his consulting role, Mr. Papehn serves as the Regional Administrative Director at Ventura County Health Care Agency, where he oversees the operations of a county-wide Community Health Center system, including compliance with HRSA regulatory statutes and HIPAA.
