Ms. Kellie Jones has over 20 years of healthcare experience and special expertise in physician contracts, credentialing, federal healthcare billing, and collections.
Ms. Jones’ professional experience includes healthcare credentialing, contracting, coding, billing, and collections within multiple specialties, including neonatology, internal medicine, and cytogenetics. She has managed private physician groups, conducted federal and managed care audits and specialty contract reviews, in addition to accounts receivable. She is well versed in office flow, management, and maintaining certifications and licensing. Ms. Jones has extensive knowledge as an Independent Review Organization auditor reviewing claims for organizations under a Corporate Integrity Agreement with the Officer of Inspector General. Ms. Jones coordinates all aspects of an IRO audit from client communication to managing all consultants assigned for each review.
Ms. Jones received her Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from the University of Redlands and holds a Certified Coding Specialist.
