Forrest Malakoff, MSW

Mr. Forrest Malakoff has over 25 years healthcare executive experience with a special expertise in acute care operations and long-term care facility management and operations.


Mr. Malakoff’s focus includes planning and development of geriatric programs across the continuum of care; hospital support services operations management, patient satisfaction, employee satisfaction and clinical outcomes in long-term care. He has held positions as Vice President for Senior Services and Support Services in an acute care hospital, and has overseen high acuity skilled nursing services. He has particular expertise in establishing partnerships between acute and skilled facilities to manage utilization.

Mr. Malakoff has a graduate degree in Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis and an undergraduate degree from Temple University.
