Experience
Dr. Muñoz has served as a general neurologist and neuro-hospitalist, providing consultation services in tertiary care hospitals and performing advanced neurological studies, including EEGs and intraoperative monitoring. As a former Assistant Clinical Professor of Neurology and Director of Epilepsy at a medical school, she played a key role in training neurology residents, managing epilepsy programs, and conducting research in neurological disorders.
Her work extends beyond clinical practice to public health and research, where she has contributed to studies on concussion biomarkers, Alzheimer’s disease, and epilepsy management.
