The Office of the Inspector General (OIG) wants the provider to select a firm that is qualified and independent.  The Corporate Integrity Agreement (CIA) will contain language which provides direction to the provider as to the qualifications for an Independent Review Organization (IRO).  Also, the OIG requests that the IRO be professionally independent and/or objective in light of any business relationships or other engagements that may exist.

The selection of an IRO can be a difficult and confusing one, especially given the stressful circumstances under which it must be done.  The Fox Group has a team of highly qualified and highly experienced professionals from various healthcare settings.  Our aim is to work with the provider to fulfill the requirements of the CIA and to insure that the experience with us is an educational one that results in an improved operation for the provider.
