Ms. Siletti has over 15 years experience in the business office functions for skilled nursing facilities, including Accounts Receivable, Medicare, Medicaid and Insurance Billing, Accounts Payable and Payroll. She is knowledgeable in payroll quarterly taxes, bank reconciliation and financial statements, also has assisted in preparing annual budgets. Ms Siletti was instrumental in developing, and delivering training programs to facility Business Office personnel, established, maintained and implemented Business Office Policies and Procedures, and performed on-site evaluations to assure compliance. Her expertise includes Melyx and Vista Care software for nursing facilities. Mutual of Omaha and FSS Medicare billing programs, Excel, Quicken, QuickBooks, and Peachtree accounting.
