Mr. Eggers has over 25 years of hospital management, operations and staffing experience with special emphasis in areas of productivity and quality, revenue and cost management, feasibility studies, and medical staff relations. Mr. Eggers has won several awards for hospital operations. Prior to national and international consulting activities, he held responsibilities as Vice President of Columbia/HCA Healthcare Corporation, and as Executive Director of Valley Hospital and Medical Center, Las, Vegas, Nevada. During this time he also directed several large construction and renovation projects, including the acquisition and development of medical offices and in and outpatient facilities.
